Lauren Murphy

Lauren Murphy is the music director and violin instructor at Tampa Suzuki Strings. With a degree from New England Conservatory in Violin Performance and registered Suzuki teacher training from Ithaca College and the University of Miami, Lauren has the extensive experience and training you will want for your teacher. Lauren was a full time violinist in The Florida Orchestra for 18 years before devoting her time to full time teaching. In addition to being the founder and music director of Tampa Suzuki Strings, Lauren also teaches and plays piano.
